  Each customer is unique, obviously, and enters into the new construction process with a certain set of requirements, lifestyles and preferences to accommodate. Mark Lewis feels that it is his job to identify those elements and incorporate them into his customers' new home.

  Even if you start your project with a standard plan; the end result can and should be uniquely your own. That is the approach Lewis takes to each project. A little imagination, some innovation and attention to the small details will put your own personal signature on the home. Attending to those small details and creative innovations is one of Mark Lewis' specialties.

  So, whether you bring your own plans to work with, or have Mark develop one in consultation with you, you can be confident of a distinctive result with Lewis Homes at the helm.

  Mark Lewis came to Lincoln from Ogallala, Nebraska some 17 years ago to attend the University of Nebraska and study business and marketing. During those college years, Mark found work in the construction trades, most notably as a framer, plumber and doing remodeling work. As a remodeler, Mark was particularly adept and successful. His remodeling business grew as his list of satisfied customers and repeat business kept him quite busy.

  It was only natural that at some point, Mark would decide to take the leap from remodeling to new construction. He had discovered a passion for this business and after graduating from UNL, he decided to stay in the building trade that he had enjoyed so much and had been so good to him during those years.

  With a simple philosophy and a strong work ethic, Mark built a very successful building business in the ensuing years. Currently, Lewis Homes builds approximately 8-10 custom homes a year, many times contracting with new clients as a result of model homes he built to showcase.

  Mark has built homes in most of Lincoln's most desirable developments and he's always happy to meet with new home buyers personally to discuss possible locations, prices and answer any other questions that you might have.
